2009 Nike Dunk Low East – Black/White/Yellow – Splatter

Available today at all Nike accounts are the new additions to the East vs West pack, the Nike Dunk Low East - Splatter. Done in primarily black and white, there is just enough yellow in the mix to catch your eye, and tie in the insole and laces. The leather looks silky smooth, even underneath the perfectly places splatter detailing.

Nike Big Nike High Premium – ATL

As the second of a two-city pack of Nike Big Nikes, including the LBC edition, the Nike Big Nike has released to rep the ATL. The Nike Big Nike High Premium Atlanta features a clean black/white/red colorway, perhaps to go along with the Atlanta Hawks colors. The shoe features a black leather upper with a cracked side panel design to subtly add some style to the shoe. It sits atop a white midsole and red outsole to match the laces and tongue tag. The tongue tag sports a Nike logo fitted with a crown, and of course, the back heel panel rocks “ATL” in large gold print, with the A wearing another crown. Be sure to get your own pair to rep Atlanta as well as show some love for the LBC.

Nike Air Force 1 - Black / White - Gum

The Nike Air Force 1 Mid may not see as much action as the low cut version, but has still received some really nice designs this year. Here we feature a new colorway which Sports a low-key, typical black / white design, along with a gum outsole. The upper which sits atop is constructed from a combination of leather and nubuck. Supra Baby Skytops – Spring 2010 Preview

Supra will soon be giving away some love for the babies. For next year’s spring season, the Supra Baby Skytops will be released in three different colorways. Expect for the Metallic Gold & Silver, All-White and Black-White editions with 2c-10c sizes. These three are seen at the Agenda tradeshow but no exact date of release has been announced yet. Your babies will surely look great when they use these skytops during their early stage of walking.

Clae Footwear - Fall 2009

Coming hard for the second time, Clae gives us their second Fall 2009 releases. The Khan is back in another colorway as is the Whitman in a deep, full grain navy patent leather. The Cousteau gets a rich suede treatment, and my favorite of all of them, the Russell, which we see in a Melton wool.

Supra Bullet – Mike ‘Lizard King’ Plumb Signature Model

It’s interesting with Supra signature models: it seems like the crazier looking their riders, the tamer the look for their sneaker line. Take for example the comparison of Terry Kennedy and Antuwan Dixon. Both are handsome young men (we suppose), but Antuwan has TK beat in the ink department hands down. But take a look at Dixon’s shoe: nondescript except for his namesake embroidery, whereas the TK Society has an instant-classic design.

The analogy extends in a comparison between Supra’s main man Chad Muska and the newest recruit, Mike ‘Lizard King’ Plumb. His eyes are crazy enough on their own, but apparently he’s also friends with the devil, so using Supra’s formula, that equals a simple lowtop skate show with a patent leather contrast stripe on the side panel. Supra Skytop – Holiday 2009 Preview

It’s about time Supra Shoes released its latest collection of the popular Supra Skytop. The Skytop comes in three new colorways: red, grey, and black. The red pair features a red leather upper with black patent leather heel panel to give the shoe some flare. The black and grey pairs are exactly the same, except in color, both using woven uppers and keeping to its one tone colorway. The latest Skytops are definitely clean and will be available soon for the holiday season.

Karmaloop Exclusive Supra Skytop

Beantown’s favorite Internet streetwear retailer Karmaloop recently linked with supra shoes to produce a unique version of the Skytop. From the looks of it, the casual hightop is distinguished by a banana patent yellow upper with perforated accents. A vulcanized midsole rounds things out below, adding much-needed durability for the winter months that lie ahead.
