The Puma Yo! MTV Raps Big Daddy Kane - Black / Gold catalog is quietly increasing its numbers by bolstering the catalog with fresh silhouettes. 20 years ago MTV made hip-hop history by launching a new format music show called Puma Yo MTV Raps. Presented by Doctor Dre, Ed Lover and Fab Five Freddy and featuring artists such as Big Daddy Kane, MC Shan and Doug E. Fresh, these iconic music masters were the driving force of hip-hop and defined a Golden Age of music. Throughout April 2008, MTV will bring the program back to television with a new series that will take a reflective look at how hip-hop started and will follow its evolution through music history.
