For Fall/Winter 2012, adidas Originals revives two tried and true models from the brand’s archive: the Grand Prix and Greenstar. Dubbed the True Vintage Pack, the quartet of classic sneaker styles sports a weathered aesthetic to complement the timeless designs and straightforward colorways. The Grand Prix, a tennis court staple from the 1980s, features a soft nubuck upper and grippy pivot point outsole for enhanced traction, while the Greenstar, also crafted from nubuck with a leather lining and rubber cupsole construction, is a holdover from adidas’ legendary basketball family. The True Vintage Pack is available now at select adidas Originals retailers.
