After several Instagram teases, designer Ronnie Fieg is finally making the New Balance “Salmon Sole” available. Obviously named for its salmon hue sole and insole, this new collaboration is new iteration on the classic New Balance 1300 Made in USA edition. Featuring a suede and mesh upper in variation of blue and teal colorways, an injection-molded EVA foam midsole along with the ENCAP component provide a stable, well-cushioned platform.
Retails for US$ 150 as a stand alone item, or as a pack with a matching varsity jacket from Shades of Grey by Micah Cohen for US$ 250, all set to be available this Friday at Fieg’s KITH boutiques in New York, Brooklyn, and online. For those planning to purchase at the stores, a “ticketed system” will be in place of a line-up to avoid any confusion though you must a photo id. Sales to start at 10 am EST for KITH Manhattan, 11 am EST for KITH Brooklyn and online store.
